Alen is the heart of our kitchen. He's the one behind the dishes, the flavors, and all the delicious things we serve. He believes that great food starts with quality ingredients, a little passion, and a whole lot of love.




And Tanja? She takes care of everything beyond the plate – our guests, our team, the little details, and most importantly, that warm, welcoming feeling we hope everyone experiences the moment they walk through our doors.
